Mindfulness at Manar - Corporate Experiences
Tailored to your teams needs we can provide a couple of hours to reset at Manar, to a full retreat day or multi night stay. From anxiety and stress relief talks and tools, to yoga, meditation, guided walks, gut friendly seasonal and organic menus to creative art and floristry experiences.

WELCOME and Intention setting including a warming welcome refreshment
MORNING SESSION
9:30 am - Yoga and Meditation in the Drawing Room or outdoor team building/ creating connections exercise
11am - Breathwork and exercises for Stress relief (can be tailored to provide tools for anxiety or depression too)
LUNCH
12- 2pm An exquisite Seasonal Organic Two Course Lunch in the Dining Room with time to relax in the billiard room, enjoy the gardens or take a stroll down to see the resident native breed Highland Cows and Ponies
AFTERNOON SESSION
2pm Guided Mindfulness Nature Walk to the Historic East Aquhorthies Stone Circle through the idylic Scottish countryside
3pm Relaxing Yoga Nidra or guided meditation in the Drawing Room
CLOSE OUT 4- 4:30pm Firepit – Cacao ceremony with Reflections
