About the event
No experience needed, just comfortable clothes you can move in. We work with the seasons, lunar cycle and energy to create an uplifting and rejuvenating class.
Mats and props provided. Booking is essential and tickets are non- refundable. Block bookings can be made, message directly to arrange.
